Welcome to Cooklo. This Refund Policy explains how purchases, subscriptions, and refund requests are handled when using the Cooklo mobile application and related services.

1. OverviewThank you for using Cooklo.This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made within the Cooklo app.2. In-App PurchasesCooklo offers premium features through subscriptions purchased via:• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
All purchases are processed by these platforms.3. Refund ResponsibilityCooklo does not directly process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.Refund requests for Apple purchases must be submitted through Apple and are handled in accordance with Apple’s applicable refund policies.Refund requests for Google Play purchases should normally be submitted through Google Play. In certain circumstances, Google may direct users to contact Cooklo, and any refund will be handled in accordance with Google Play requirements, this Policy, and applicable law.4. How to Request a RefundTo request a refund, please contact:• Apple App Store support for iOS purchases
• Google Play Store support for Android purchases
Refund eligibility and decisions are subject to the rules and refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made, as well as applicable consumer law.5. Subscription ManagementYou can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:• Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription normally prevents future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for the current subscription period.6. Important Notes• Refund eligibility is determined under the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store and applicable law• Cooklo does not guarantee refunds for:Accidental purchases
Unused subscription time
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results
• If you actively use premium features after purchase, such as generating meals, drinks, or other content, this may be considered when refund eligibility is assessed by the platform provider• Refund requests may be denied by the platform where the applicable refund conditions are not met• We recommend reviewing the app features before purchasing and managing subscriptions through your platform settings• Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded7. Service Suspension or DiscontinuationCooklo may modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently discontinue the app, any feature, or the entire service for technical, operational, security, financial, legal, or business reasons.If Cooklo is permanently discontinued, we will take reasonable steps, where reasonably possible, to:• Provide advance notice to users
• Disable new subscription purchases
• Stop or disable future subscription renewals
• Provide instructions for managing or cancelling subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Users remain responsible for checking and managing their subscriptions through the platform where the subscription was purchased.The suspension, interruption, modification, or permanent discontinuation of Cooklo does not automatically guarantee a refund from Cooklo.Any refund request following a service interruption or discontinuation remains subject to:• Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies
• The circumstances and remaining duration of the subscription
• Any mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cooklo will not be responsible for refunds, compensation, losses, inconvenience, loss of data, or loss of access resulting from the suspension or discontinuation of the service, except where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.We will not intentionally continue offering new subscriptions after Cooklo has been permanently discontinued. Where technically and reasonably possible, we will also take steps to prevent future renewals.Nothing in this section excludes or limits any refund, compensation, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.8.
